Different Process for Different Applications

Membrane Press (Vacuum Press)
This process is used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden boards, fiberboard, and more with thickness ranging from 0.20mm to 0.50mm. The end product width range can be from 1260mm to 1400mm and the length range from 100m to 300m in a roll. Commonly used for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture.
This process can be used to cover embossed boards and cover all five surfaces at the same time.

Wrapping Profiles
With thickness ranging from 0.12mm to 0.18mm, there is flexibility in the width size, ranging from 40mm to 1260mm, with a length of 300m to 800m in a roll. Applicable for wrapping all sorts of profiles, including wood, aluminum, PVC and more for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings and such.

Cold Laminating
The thickness for this process can be from 0.12mm to 0.20mm, with a width of 1240mm to 1260mm, and a length of 300m to 500m in a roll. It is applicable for flat panels, including wood, steel, aluminum, PVC, and other materials, for doors and furniture.

Hot Laminating
It has a thickness from 0.16mm to 0.30mm, a width of 1260mm, and a roll length of 200m to 300m. It is suitable for the lamination covering for PVC panels, steel panels, aluminum panels for doors, skirting, and so on.

Self-adhesive
With a thickness of 0.10mm to 0.20mm, the width is fixed to 600mm or 1220mm, and length of a roll is from 5m to 50m. This process can be used for sticking any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations.
